Mensen nog beter maken is mijn passie. Zij zijn immers het talent dat de organisatie als geheel succesvol(ler) maakt. Een unieke ondernemingscultuur is daarbij mijn uitgangspunt. Als cultuurdrager inspireer, innoveer en faciliteer ik daarbij. Mijn aanpak is praktisch en no-nonsense.&nbsp; Ik ben \u2018bewaker\u2019 bij de werving van nieuwe medewerkers, zorg dat talent uitgedaagd wordt en zet hen in hun kracht. Ook als dat buiten de organisatie is. Daarbij denk ik niet alleen aan vandaag, maar juist ook aan morgen en overmorgen. In samenspel met de business zorg ik ervoor dat de missie en visie van het bedrijf aangesloten is bij de organisatie waardoor de bedrijfsresultaten en -doelstellingen worden behaald en HR op een goede effici\u00ebnte manier haar bijdrage hierin levert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ik heb jarenlang werkervaring opgedaan bij grote (corporate) organisaties en bij familiebedrijven op het gebied van recruitment, welzijn en vitaliteit, fusies, overnames, reorganisaties &amp; harmonisatie van arbeidsvoorwaarden. Ik ben gewend om het \u2018spel\u2019 te spelen met de OR en met vakbonden.
